Susan Meymand
What brought Susan to this space was her unbending desire to be an integral part of an heartfelt community of soulful compassionate people who want to grow.

Her role on the Leadership Team is as President and Lead Teacher. One of her gifts as a leader is in supporting others as they learn how to open up, be themselves, and be seen. From her perspective, 'connection is the cure'. She knows how to manage a large group with integrity and 'enlightened leadership', meaning she puts the needs of the group above her own agenda.

Susan's life journey has centered around growth, compassion, and discovering more freedom within herself. With almost 30 years of yoga experience and knowledge in her wheelhouse, she knows what she is here for: to help others access the wholeness and beauty that is already within them.
Tonya Prather
From her first yoga class Tonya knew she was home – she found the mind, body, spirit connection she was always seeking in the yogic path. As a yoga student Tonya found healing, truth, and purpose, and chose to end her corporate career and devote the rest of her life to sharing those insights as a teacher.

Tonya encourages students to explore their edge and uncover deeper levels self-awareness through creative and challenging yoga flows guided by wise instruction and energy-inspiring music. She is a warm and compassionate teacher, using positive and uplifting messages as a mirror for students to see all the good within them.

In addition to her background teaching fitness and yoga, Tonya has over two decades of experience in leadership and business management that she applies to her role as Treasurer and Manager of SFYC.
Delvina Uka
Delvina is the one who was lead by her heart that the Soul Friends community HAD to be created. She herself went through a deeply healing and transformative experience after her war/refugee journey. Her healing was so life-changing that she wanted this opportunity to be readily available for others.

Her role on the leadership team is well earned, not only because of her personal love and respect for creating a space for people to heal, but because of her extensive experience in forming and operating highly successful businesses.

Delvina is truly a powerhouse! Her professional portfolio is quite impressive, showcasing the multiple corporations that she has built from the ground up. One of her talents is a special knack for forming professional relationships and negotiating with a powerful presence. She is so gifted on many levels, not only in the daily operations of a solid business, but in listening to the call of her heart and taking action!
